Up and Down Night for Baysox in Loss to Akron

The Baysox saw some inconsistencies in their pitching Saturday night in Bowie. Starter Bobby Livingston and reliever Jim Hoey both showed why they have made it to the big leagues, but also showed why they still have some work to do before they get back.

The Bowie Baysox (5-5) dropped their second in a row to the Akron Aeros (7-2) 7-3 despite out-hitting the Aeros 9-8 Saturday night. All three Bowie pitchers, Bobby Livingston, Jim Hoey and Ryan Rodriguez, showed their potential, but also struggled at times.
